We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site or any services provided through the Site with or without notice.
4. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account.

Payment Terms
6a. Payment Methods:

6b. Billing Cycle:
– Monthly Memberships are billed on the same day each month, starting from the day of purchase.
– Annual Memberships are billed upfront on the day of purchase and recur on the same day each year.
6c. Auto-Renewal:
– Memberships are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle.
– Members will receive a notification 14 days before the renewal date.
– You can disable auto-renewal in your account settings.
6d. Late Payments:
– If a payment fails, you will have 7 days to update your payment information. If the payment is not received within this time, your membership may be suspended or canceled.
6e. Pricing Changes:
– Go100 reserves the right to change membership fees with a 30-day notice to current members.
– Any pricing changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle after the notice period.
Cancellation Policies
7a. Cancellation Process:
– You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
– Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
– There are no partial refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle.
7b. Refund Policy:
– We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new members. If you cancel within the first 3 days of your initial purchase, you will receive a full refund.
– No refunds will be issued after the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
7c. Membership Suspension:
– If your account is suspended due to non-payment or a breach of terms, you will not be eligible for a refund.
– Suspended memberships may be reinstated upon payment of outstanding dues or compliance with terms.
7d. Membership Reactivation:
– If you cancel your membership, you can reactivate it at any time. Reactivation will be subject to the current membership fees and terms.
7e. Termination by Go100:
– Go100 reserves the right to terminate memberships for violations of our terms of service or for fraudulent activities. No refund will be provided in such cases.
8. User Conduct
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to, harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Site.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Go100 Club or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
